Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of any trouble.

I can try to send you a link to the electronic (PDF) version of the guide, if that would work for you. Link is below.

ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tg773x_kx-tg254_kx-tg294_kx-tg774x_kx-tg263_kx-tg273_mul_om.pdf

As for finding the lost handset, what I would recommend is pressing the LOCATOR button on the MAIN BASE UNIT (just tap it), and that should make ALL handsets in the system "beep" for 1 minute.

If you have several handsets, you may want to put all the ones you have in a blanket (to silence them), or remove the batteries - so you can hear the lost handset beeping.

NOTE: This assumes that the lost handset has only been lost for a little while AND still has charged batteries.

Please let me know if you have any trouble seeing that manual.

Thanks, ***** *****
