Sorry to hear of any issue with the phone system.
May I ask if you can CLARIFY - that you are AWAY from the system and need the "remote code" to access the answering system built into the Vtech system?
If so, the "default" code is 19 (one nine).
If that doesn't work for you, please let me know what does happen when trying to access the system.
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved.
