May I ask:1) What specific issue(s) are you having?
2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
OK - so is it STORING all that information that is giving you trouble?
If so and as a TEST, can you use all that information to MANUALLY dial into the provider's VM system? That is, can you dial that access number (not including the PAUSE), then HEAR the prompt for the password, and then dial that - to successfully access the VM system?
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved.
