Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your phones.

May I ask:
1) The Model Number of the MAIN BASE UNIT of the phone system you are working with?

I only ask because the model number sent (KX-TGA660) is the model for a cordless HANDSET (and charger), which does not have a phone cord connection.

The phone cord will connect to some MAIN BASE UNIT - and the model number of that MAIN base should be in the format of KX-TGxxxx - where xxxx is a 4-digit number.

Please let me know if you have such a MAIN BASE UNIT and if you can find the phone cord connection on that base.

Thanks
