Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your phones.

May I ask:
1) The Make & Model Number of the phone system you are working with?
2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

Thanks

Hi again and thanks for that information.

OK - assuming the number was blocked IN the Panasonic system, you should be able to take that number off the blocked list using the following procedure, which I have attached as an image, with the steps that need to be done highlighted in yellow.

NOTE: This is done using any of the cordless handsets.

Please let me know if you have any trouble with the image, as I can type in the steps - if needed.

Thanks, ***** *****

I now have a check mark in front of the block. Does that mean its unblocked?
Expert:  Greg A. replied 1 year ago.

Hi again,

May I ask WHERE you are seeing this check mark?

And - did you see a DIFFERENT icon by that number before - like an arrow with a line through it, and that arrow pointing at a "receiver"?

Thanks

I'm on a fixed income so I can't afford the phone call. I followed the steps and still get nowhere.

It worked....
Expert:  Greg A. replied 1 year ago.

Hi again,

That's fine, as that is the system here "encouraging" a phone call. Just ignore that and we can continue in this format.

Back to the issue:

Did you go through ALL the steps listed in that image, and were you able to see and SELECT the number that you have blocked?

Expert:  Greg A. replied 1 year ago.

OK - it looks like our messages crossed, and you got the blocked number ERASED from the list - is that correct?

If so, very good - you should be all set to go.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.

You should see some "smiley faces" or "stars" to do that, but please let me know if you do NOT see them or can not use them.
