We have NBN connections, internet is working but phone says no HOME LINE. Phone has only been connected for two days and was working ok up until about 1800hrs. Can you advise as to what we can do to rectifiy this problem

Hi,

You will need to contact the NBN Assurance team by using another phone to call them at 1800 TFIBRE (1800 834 273) and selecting Option 3 to resolve this problem.
