1) The FULL Make & Model Number of the phone you are working with?2) The AGE of the phone?3) WHEN this issue first began?

OK - since you have this issue on TWO devices (phone and alert system), we MUST consider the phone SERVICE - and the phone service provider.
So may I ask:
1) what phone service provider you have for this phone line?
2) If you have a DIFFERENT phone you can connect to the phone line - to TEST if that phone works (gets a dial tone)?
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved.
