I PURCHASED A NEW 2 HANDSET VTECH PHONE AFTER ONE OF THE PHONES ON THE OLD SET STARTED SHOWING NO POWER TO BASE OR OUT OF RANGE. THE THING IS THE HANDSET 2 WORKED. TODAY I GOT NEW PHONES AND BOTH SAY NO POWER TO BASE OR OUT OF RANGE I'VE UNPLUGGED THE BASE TOOK THE BATTERIES OUT OF ALL THE PHONES OLD AND NEW THEN PLUGGED THE BASE BACK IN AND THE NEW PHONE BATTERIES STILL SAID THE SAME THING FINALLY PUT THE BATTERIES IN OLD HANDSET TWO AND IT WORKS BUT THE PHONE IN THE BASE STILL SAYS NO POWER OR OUT OF RANGE. SORRY FOR THE HEMINGWAY BUT IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO EXPLAIN IT.

This may take a little figuring out, so may I ask for some more detail, such as:
1) The FULL MAKE & Model Number of BOTH phone systems you are working with?
2) How many TOTAL handsets do you have with this systems?

3) Do ALL handsets for EACH system have the same issue?
