my polycom videoconference is giving me a message that it cannot complete a call because the call is routed through an intermediate network that does not support the far site. What do I need to do?

I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.
Are you getting a specific error number?
The correct ports may not open on the firewall.
Be sure that the correct ports are open - you can find these settings in the Firewall section of the IP network settings section of Admin settings.
Also be sure NAT is properly set up for your firewall.
If you do not use SIP then disable it in Call Preferences settings. The system will attempt to place the call over all transports it is configured for if it cannot get through on the first one.
