Is your cell asking you for a pin to pair the panasonic?
Or the panasonic is asking for a pin to pair to the cell?
I don't know what you mean by "it", are you seeing this message on the cell or the panasonic?

0000 is the panasonic default, but can be changed
if you do not know what it was changed to, you'll need to reset it:On a panasonic handset, press:
enter a new 4 digit pin (I'd suggest using 0000 again) OKenter pin once more to confirm SAVE OFF
You may have missed a step in the process.
Please follow the above steps exactly,
if you do so, you don't need to enter the old pin, that is the purpose of putting in the *7000, to clear it
