Hi again,
Since I can not see your other posts, I will assume that you are referring to a Panasonic Cordless Phone system, and that you purchased a NEW handset that needs to be registered. I will also assume that you are NOT exceeding the limit to the total number of handsets that can be registered to a single base unit (modern Panasonic systems can usually handle up to a total of six handsets).
What I have for you below is a link to a video - that shows how to register a NEW handset to a Panasonic cordless system. What I would recommend is that you FIRST charge up the NEW handset - for AT LEAST and hour - and then try the same steps as shown in the video.
