we are locked our of our business phone voicemail with the iDCS 28D phones. We have not been successful to reset them. Can you assist?

From the Subscriber Services Menu, Press [#] [7] [1] ....you will then hear the old password ***** you will be able to change it.

Yes, it worked previously. Nothing changed to cause this..we had to have them all reset via Samsung call previously...and reset them at that time. The #'s which were assigned were misplaced..and we have had no luck in reaching Samsung to reset this for us again (tried over 8 hours total..no response) The password ***** never been provided by dialing #71, however, in this phone system...
