Sorry to hear of the issue you are having.
You MAY need a new phone, but let me ask a few questions to get some more details.
May I ask:
1) The Make & Model Number of the phone system you are working with?
2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
3) If you have ANY other devices (phones, fax, alarm system, etc.) attached to this same phone line?

OK - can you double-check that MODEL for me?
I only ask because KX-7G does not look like a valid number.
Also, you mentioned "but I have numerous Calls shown which gives a recorded message stating your call Did not go thru try your call again".
That "sounds like" a message that is coming from your phone service provider, as most Panasonic systems do not say anything like "your call did not go through".
So may I ask if you have a DIFFERENT phone (a basic corded phone is best) - that you can connect IN PLACE OF the Panasonic Main Base - for TESTING purposes?
