Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,
May I ask what volume you are trying to adjust?
Would that be the receiver or speaker volume, or the ringer volume?
Thanks

receiver

Hi again,
OK - you should be able to push the "joystick" UP (or down) repeatedly - WHILE in a call - to adjust the volume level.
Please give that a try and let me know if that works for you.
If you press either the TALK or SPEAKER buttons to hear the dial tone, you should be able to TEST that quickly.

And when you are ready, please take a moment to rate my service level (Excellent is my goal) so that I get credit for helping you today.
You should see some "smiley faces" or "stars" to do that, but please let me know if you do NOT see them or can not use them.
