Appreciate the additional information. Could you please try to turn OFF the "Talking Caller ID" feature using the handset; press MENU # ***** 6 2 and then select Off, SAVE.

I tried that but it didn't work
Expert:  Louie replied 2 years ago.
What was the setting displayed please? On or Off
Customer: replied 2 years ago.
There are four handesets do I have to set each one, the ones I checked the setting was on
Expert:  Louie replied 2 years ago.
Please use only 1; any since it would communicate with the base unit and make the settings for all the other handsets. Are you able to turn it OFF now?
Expert:  Louie replied 2 years ago.
Another expert suggested to try and disable (turn Off) the Talking Caller ID of each handset (just to be on the safe side).
As posted earlier, were you able to turn it OFF now?
