Hi, Welcome to Just Answer
How long have you owned the system? Have you checked your phone line to ensure that it is connected? Can you try to call your phone number from your cell phone or have someone call your number? What do you hear?
You can try to reset your phone. Disconnect all the power adapters, remove batteries from all the handsets and let the system sit for 3-5 minutes and then put it back together. Reset the phone system would erase all the phone memory including saved phone numbers and voice messages, be careful!

Hi,
I cannot read you response. Would you please let me know the results
The unit was purchased 07-2008. Line is working. Since reboot is your only sugesstion, i must assume this is not a recommended manufacturers suggestion. I do not wish to follow your recommendations
I will opt out and let other experts try this.
