I have a Nortel Network Phone T7316E. I am unable to change the location of the phones that ring with incoming calls. I would like to either find the programming manual to accomplish this or just learn how to program each actual phone to ring. There are four incoming lines plus the fax line. There are 8 phones and 7 specific locations. Would like to be able to have the phone ring at my desk when necesaary due to staffing changes or not to have it ring either by reducing the ring volume or by a shut-off code.

Thei is a integrated phone system. I have tried to download manuals, quick cards & other help devices. The Nortel Systems I believe is in bankrupsy. Would prefer a professional to assist me.

Not a problem. I've lived this way for a while. Thank you. Bruce
Hello Bruce and thanks for choosing the JustAnswer.com Phone Systems subcategory of the Electronics category.
To foward calls from one extension to another, press feature 4 and the extension number of the phone you want the calls to foward to. To cancel call forwarding, press feature #4 or press the cancel soft key.
No information to actually change the location of the ringing phone. The model information for the system is
NTB75AAAG or could be NT875AAAG
Those are the numbers from the service panel. No other numbers or marking were visible from exterior of the box.
CICS - NT7B75AAAG
This is the correct model but it is the CICS sevies.
If you want I will mail you a photo by email. Just let me know the address. Thanks.
