I have a Nortel Network Phone T7316E. I am unable to change the location of the phones that ring with incoming calls. I would like to either find the programming manual to accomplish this or just learn how to program each actual phone to ring. There are four incoming lines plus the fax line. There are 8 phones and 7 specific locations. Would like to be able to have the phone ring at my desk when necesaary due to staffing changes or not to have it ring either by reducing the ring volume or by a shut-off code.
Optional Information: Computer OS: Other Browser: Other Already Tried: Thei is a integrated phone system. I have tried to download manuals, quick cards & other help devices. The Nortel Systems I believe is in bankrupsy. Would prefer a professional to assist me.

GATC2 CLID
Those are the numbers from the service panel. No other numbers or marking were visible from exterior of the box.
Please advise.
