Customer Question

My phone line has a busy signal. When someone calls me the phone doesn't ring & the caller gets voicemail. When I press the line button on the phone the display shows "CO not assigned".
What can I do to make it work again.

Already Tried:
I rebooted my system a few times. I contacted U_Verse & they tried diffrent things including rebooting from their end, but only line 2 works not line 1.

I've owned the system for about 7 years or so. It was working on Friday. I noticed the problem saturday night. One line works & the other doesn't
