Need help with error messages on replacement KX-TGA931TR handset, "No link to base. Reconnect AC adapter." Following this instruction, get another error message. Doing this get "Lift up and try again," which gives the first error message. This after full 12-hour charge out of the box. I feel I should not have to pay anything to make a new replacement handset operational.

I see; I suspected that with the offer for a month of service. If this brand new unit is indeed defective, then I need to get it replaced by Panasonic Outlet Store. I appreciate your time. I assume you will refund the fee.
