I just bought a phone on Saturday, April 14, 2012 - Model KX-TG4132M.

Resolved Question:

I just bought a phone on Saturday, April 14, 2012 - Model KX-TG4132M. Both the handsets were in the charging base overnight but this morning I noticed that the charging indicator light was on and the screen stated that it was charging. The icon for the battery indicates that the battery is at full strength (three bars). Is there a problem?

Hello
Everything is as it should be.
The charging indicator is on, just to tell you that it is connected to the power and it will charge the internal battery as soon as it needs to.
The three bars, as you correctly say, indicates that the battery is fully charged.
When one bar drops off, it will automatically recharge, and the charging indicator will still be lit.
