my Digital NEC phone system gets interference from our advertising

my Digital NEC phone system gets interference from our TV when it is a sleep state. When the tv is powered up the interverence gradually diminishes. any ideas? I have rplaced the TV and returned the same effect

 

Phone on ISDN @ an emerson UPS. TV is independant and 25 feet away

It's 'noise' that is created by the frequency similarities be tween the TV and the phone. Buy one of these filters to suppress this and clear things up.
