I have a Partner phone system. I want to turn off the answer

I have a Partner phone system. I want to turn off the answer tree ("push one for this push two for that") and simply have the phone ring at ext 14 for direct answer by a human then routed appropriately. The manual is confusing because it does not use the term "tree" and I'm not sure which directions apply. How will I do this?

In case you need the information: this system was supplied by Lucent. We have the overlays for both 18 and 32 key phones. The ext 10 phone is the 32 key, ext 11 phone is 18 key. We do use a key (labelled "night") for the after hours auto answer. There are 8 extensions in use.
