Customer Question

I accidentally took my 1g azithromycin 30 minutes after drinking one glass of milk. Did I mess up my antibiotic regimen? I was taking the antibiotic for rectal chlamydia.

No not at all. You will be fine. No interaction with milk.

Milk has calcium which can inhibit the absorption of azithromycin but since it was 30 minutes before you took it, the interaction is minimal to none.
