The albuterol would be dosed by your child's pediatrician and is usually administered 1puff every six hours as needed. If you are able to find sudafed liquid at your pharmacy counter it will have recommendations on the container. An 9 year old weighing 70 pounds can take one 30mg sudafed tablet safely 2-3 times a day. Last dose should be taken no later than about 4-6 hours before bedtime to prevent insomnia. Hope helpful.
