Dose varies from 1.5 to 3 mg ORALLY at bedtime. If no relief, then increase to immediate-release, 5 mg ORALLY 30 minutes prior to time of sleep up to 10 mg ORALLY daily
If that does not help, consider Valerian or Unisom (OTC)
