As a general rule Phenergan should not be used with celexa as these two drugs can interact to cause heart rhythm disorders.This is a rare but known interaction.
Your case may be different.
If you have taken the first dose of celexa today morning it should not be a problem as the levels of celexa in your blood would be very low and that would not lead to any such interaction.
Taking pheneragan with lunesta is not a problem as it causes increased sedation which is the effect we are aiming for.
