Yes. Prevacid as well. Helps for a bit then stops. I used to take Protonix but I can't afford it because I have no prescription insurance. Protonix worked. Anything comparible?

If pronix worked for you, you should talk to your doctor about restarting it. Protonix comes in generic and should be cheaper especially with drug discount card like www.helprxcard.com

Yes. Protonixs' generic is over $40 which I don't have. I have to pay $125 just to see the Dr for refills. Thats why I wanted to know what is closest to the Protonix for the time being. Can You recommend the strongest OTC for Me?

Another OTC PPI would be omeprazole (Prilosec)
