Likely one of your other meds caused the false positive for codeine
Make sure they send the sample for GCMS. This is a chemical fingerprint confirmation test
It will confirm you didn't take codeine

I also take cyclobenzaprine, tramadol, clonidine, amalodipine,, and lisinopril. Could any of these affect the test and could it bfe skewed by a urinary tract infecrtion?

Yes, the other meds could cause a false positive. A UTI wouldn't affect it Make sure you get that GCMS
