I would like to help.
What would be the daily dose for letrozole to support any unwanted estrogen?
For breast cancer, it is 2.5mg daily
Good!For how long?
Hello, I would like to try to help.Letrozole, as you have mentioned, works as an anti-estrogen. Estrogen is an important hormone in both females and males. While many effects of estrogen are well understood, we still do not know all the effects estrogen has on a body. Likewise, altering ones levels of estrogen is not something to be done lightly or without good reason. Letrozole is approved only for use in estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer, and only after the risks and benefits have been thoroughly discussed. For this use, the dose is 2.5 mg daily. The duration depends on the individual response to the drug, cancer levels, and tolerability. It is impossible to guess how long it will be used beforehand. Letrozole is a potent medication that comes with significant side effects. These include weakening bones, raising cholesterol, and fatigue. Because of these side effects, letrozole should not be used for any purpose other than breast cancer.
I see you know this stuffs:) Would it have an effect on HGH?( negative i mean)
I'm sorry, but I do not know how letrozole will affect HGH. These medications are rarely, if ever, used together so there is not much information available with which to make suggestions.I cannot recommend using the combination together, nor can I recommend using letrozole for any purpose other than treating breast cancer.
I still apreciate your effort thats why im gonna accept your answer.Pitty you dont know the effect:(
But can you tell if its true that estrogen closes growth plates?
Again, I apologize but I do not know the answer to that particular question.
