My daughter was prescribed orphenadrine citrate and diclofenac

Resolved Question:

My daughter was prescribed orphenadrine citrate and diclofenac sodium for a strained muscle in the lower back. She has taken her first dose and has received no relief whatsoever. Can she double to dosage in order to "get ahead of the pain" and then go back to the twice daily dosage?
