I started lexapro again for anxiety on Monday after having been off it since September 2011. The reason I came off it was to get pregnant which I did but lost my little boy at 5 and a half months pregnancy.. That was over a month ago.I have been having panic attacks since so decided to go back on lexapro for 3 months. I have taken 5 mg for the last 5 days but feel much worse so my question is should I go straight back up to 10mg or would that make me feel even worse than I do now? Lexapro has worked well for me in the past.

First of all, I'm very sorry for your loss. That is hard.
5mg is a really small dose of lexapro.
I would recommend trying the dose that you were on before if it was helping you then.
Now, don't start this on your own. It will be fine I'm sure but don't do it unless under doctor supervision.
