What is the difference between tramadol & hydrocodone-acetaminophen 5-500? Would tramadol show up as a narcotic on a drug test.

Tramadol is a synthetic drug that is not structurally similar to opoiods to it does not usually show up on a standard urine test.

Hydrocodone is a opioid and is considered stronger than tramadol in potency, although it depends on dosage.
