Customer Question

My daughters guinea pig is laying on her side or movibg very slowly around her cage. We just cleaned the cage and she has fresh water and food she hasnt touched yet is that normal?
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. Could be a lot of things that cause lethargy. The Veterinarian will know how to help the guinea pig. What is the guinea pig's name and age?
Customer: Her name is ***** ***** we arent sure how old she is. We've had her almost a year now
JA: How old is Mariah?
Customer: We did not ask her age when we bought her from the pet store
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about Mariah?
Customer: No this is the first time we've seen her like this

Can you send video of Mariah?

Did she receive any head trauma during this cleaning?

Any brand new items in the cage? new type of bedding, perhaps?

It is only letting me send pictures

There is an attachment function on the page that should allow you to post pictures and video. You can also use websites like tinypic.com and youtube.com to upload pictures and video respectively. Once this is done, a set of links will appear. You can then post the link back and I can access them.
