My Juvenal bearded dragon has an injured shoulder, possibly

Customer Question

My Juvenal bearded dragon has an injured shoulder, possibly dislocated. Do not know how it happened.
JA: I'll do all I can to help. What is the matter with the dragon?
Customer: Not using the arm, and there is a popping feel when I move the shoulder at the joint site.
JA: Where does the dragon seem to hurt?
Customer: At the shoulder if you touch it too hard, but if there was no injury it would not bother her.
JA: OK. No obvious pain. Can you see anything that looks wrong or different?
Customer: Way too much movement in the shoulder and the popping in the joint.
JA: Is the dragon eating normally?
Customer: No, not interested in food.
JA: OK, abnormal eating. What is the dragon's name and age?
Customer: Her name is ***** ***** she is 10 months old.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about Starlight?
Customer: No just the not using the arm and the extra movement and popping in the shoulder. Plus the lack of interest in food.

Hello, JACustomer. I have been a Veterinary Nurse for over 15 years and would be happy to help you today. I'm reviewing your question right now.

I'm sorry for the delay in hearing back from us.

1) Do you know when the injury occurred?
2) How long have you owned Starlight?
3) Any history of glass surfing (rising on the glass, perhaps falling backwards)
4) Can you tell me about her diet and supplementation?
5) What lighting is used for her, be as specific as possible.
6) Any elevated surfaces she might have fallen off of?
