I'm worried about my teddy bear hamster he has a light purple spot behind his ears and the fur is missing and he is a year I think and he is healthy

I'm not with simba right now and I don't think he has scratched it

It's just light purple it could be from him running on the wheel

that's okay. With hamsters that develop pigmented lesions on their skin there are a few possibilities: Cushing's ds, comedones (black heads, ), demodex, or neoplasia. It would be ideal to take Simba to your local veterinarian to have a skin scrape and to discuss a possible biopsy or needle aspirate.
