My ferret has red blood cells in his urine. Liver and kidneys normal. Appetite very good stool normal Losing weight. Very happy and playful, no change in his activities. No extra sleeping. My vet is running out of ideas. Please help.

The most common causes of blood in urine are urinary tract infections. Was the ultrasound used to just collect urine or was the ultrasound used to evaluate all of the abdominal organs?
