goldfish: same pimple like spots - ive repeatedly treated for ich

My telescope goldfish has the same "pimple" like spots - I've repeatedly treated for ICH with several different products - he is 5 years old - he has a 10 gal tank - I change 3 gals every week. Should I try the ICH treatment again? I've used PetCos natural Ich treatment, and 2 other products (Tank Buddies & one other - Including "General Cure") What else should I try? I don't want to lose him!

I apologize that no one has responded to your question sooner. Different experts come online at various times. I just came online and saw your question. I'm sorry to hear that Baby Harry is having a problem. some additional information will help me figure out what might help him.

How big are the pimple-like spots? Do they look like someone sprinkled salt over him, or are they bigger than that?

What color are they?

How many are there?

Is he eating well and behaving normally?

Is he the only fish in the tank?

If possible, a photo would also be useful. If not, just give me the above information in a REPLY.
