5-c would make the most sense to me, according to the article I hyperlinked to you in my last response.

 

7-b - benzylkonium chloride should take care of bacterial spores and viruses.

 

10-a makes the most sense, since definitely any out surgery and laceration repair needs disinfected instruments, and dental procedures should also have them.

 

14-c makes sense, since this is important. As far as letting the surgeon unwrap the pack -- most packs are double wrapped. The assistant opens the outer layer, and then the surgeon opens the inner layer. This question is not specific about which layer it's talking about.

 

16-sterile instrument packs can last for months, especially when double wrapped in a closed cabinet.

 

18-c is correct, like I said in my response to you.
