My 13 year old indoor cat is throwing up. He has vomited about 20 times in the past 3 hours. Now, the past 5 or 6 times, it has a bloody tinge to it. What can I give him to help him stop vomiting until I can get him to a vet tomorrow.

Although not easy to give cats pills, you can give a ¼ tablet of Pepcid A.C. 10mg antacid up to every 12 hours.
Pepcid is about the only over-the-counter antacid I will recommend safely for cats to try and help stomach.
but, he needs to get into a vet ASAP for basic testing.
A feline basic blood test (with a thyroid level) and a urine test (urinalysis) may answer a lot of concerns, or at least rule-out many possible explanations.
Chemistry Panel
CBC (complete blood count)
Urinalysis
What can tests tell you:
I wish I could do more to help Hamm, but that's the best info I can throw out there.
At his age, I am most worried about systemic conditions like kidney disease, thyroid problems, liver disease, cancer.
Hope that info helps

He has always had a very sensitive tummy, but suddenly tonight, he can't seem to stop. It's about every 30 minutes right now. Was every 5 minutes earlier. So heartburn medicine helps with nausea?
That's a lot of vomiting. I am very concerned there is a much more serious ailment causing it.
Yes, Pepcid can help the stomach some.
Not like anything a vet could give in hospital, but best you can do over-the-counter.
Yep - We will get him to a vet first thing in the morning. I just want him to make it through the night.
