Three days ago my 20 month old lab, had a check up and all is A ok. He has the beginning of a slight ear infection and had just "a little bit" of yeast forming in one ear. Doctor said no antibiotics needed but she gave me drops to put in his ears 2x day for a week and 1 x a week as a precaution. He swims alot in the pool and I dry out his ears each time he comes out. Today he has started to sneeze uncontrolably. Meaning about 10-15 sneezes at a time. He has been doing this off an on for about 2 hours. Should I be concerned?

Hello,
This is Dr. Christian. Welcome to JustAnswer. A few questions will help me get a clearer picture of this situation:
He weighs 79 lbs and no discharge
More than likely this has nothing to do with the ears. He either has something stuck in his nose (look for grass in his nostrils, its more common that you think), got some water in his nose or is having allergies. Try giving 75mg of benadryl, it will help with allergies and may help him calm down some. If the sneezing persists or he develops discharge then have him checked by a vet. If you have more questions please let me know.
