Your guinea pig has a combination of symptoms that indicate some serious problems. He probably has more than one health condition. The skin problem could be caused by a fungal or bacterial infection, parasites, a nutritional deficiency, or an infected wound. Appetite loss, lethargy, and mushy stools also can be caused by multiple conditions, as can blood in the stool. Some possibilities include bacterial infections, vitamin C deficiency, and dental problems.

I wish I could give you a home remedy, but unfortunately, in this situation there isn't one. When a guinea pig stops eating, it is an emergency. In about 12 hours, a condition called ketosis develops, and it is usually fatal. These symptoms require a vet's help to diagnose exactly what is wrong and begin proper treatment.
