I have recently aquired an unwanted iguana. He? is not moving except to thrash around. He is holding his front legs backwards against his body. He is acting like his front legs can't support him. He doesn't seem interested is eating and the only way I can get him to eat is to do so through an eyedropper. What can I do. There are no herp vets in my area and I really want him to be okay.
What does he eat?
What does his cage look like and what kind of lights does he use?
How old is he?
Does he drink water?
Does he climb at all?
It will also be important to know what he ate before you acquired him and be as specific as you can - for example if he ate greens was it spinach, mustard greens, romaine lettuce, etc.
If we can get this info. I can try and help you.
