If she is shaking her head all the time then this could be an inner ear infection or ear mites bothering her.
Ferrets often tremble shake or shiver for a couple of reasons. Right after waking up they are apt to shake in order to raise their body temperatures. They also shake or quiver when excited or frightened.
For a baby ferret being stimulatead and excited might be pretty much all the time just because everything is new and interesting to them. For older ferrets, a bath or even a scolding could prompt trembling as a reaction.
If you are concerned you should have your vet check your pet over.
Hope this helps you!
