It could be any or all of the above.
You first need to determine the cause for the vomiting and diarrhea. If your dog has not seen the vet recently for a fecal exam, I would do this first to rule out parasites as the cause.
Dogs can also have vomiting and diarrhea because of intestinal obstructions or other causes. Because you are seeing partially digested food AND diarrhea, I would be very concerned that this is the culprit.
Your vet can recommend some immodium to help with the vomiting but you really need to find the cause before you give him anything.
Until you can see the vet, I suggest that you hold off on food until the vomiting stops. Then switch her over to a bland diet of just boiled chicken and white rice in very small amounts.
Sometimes, this is caused by a simple parasite problem or coccidia or giardia. You can find out with a simple fecal exam.
Since she is unspayed, I would be concerned about a uterine infection called pyometra that can be pretty dangerous.
If you suspect that this his heat related, check her gums and mouth. If they are grey or white, you need to cool her off and then see your vet for supportive therapy.
