I would be VERY concerned that the dog has an intestinal blockage and that you need to seek treatment right away. Since she is moving liquid but nothing solid, it may mean that solid fecal matter cannot pass and this is not good.
You probably need to see the vet at this point and have an exam and possibly an ex-ray to find out if this is a concern.
If this proves false, you will want to have a fecal exam because the number one cause of gastric upset is an undiagnosed parasite problem.
If you cannot see the vet right away, I suggest that you at least change her diet for the next few days to a bland diet of boiled chicken (No bones, no skin) and boiled white rice. Feed this ONLY. If it's just a gastric flare up from ingesting something strange, this will help to settle the stomach.
I hope this helps!
