This is most often caused by one of two things.
The first and most likely is that the dog has a parasite problem. If you have not seen the vet for a fecal exam lately, you will want to do so to rule out parasites as a cause.
Second, she could have a bit of reflux. This is pretty common in older dogs. If you suspect this, you can feed several small meals each day to prevent the stomach from being empty. Your vet might also want to prescribe an antacid to help.
Last but not least, she could have an intestinal obstruction or virus that's causing the vomiting.
If you can't see the vet right now, you should at least change her diet to something bland like boiled chicken and white rice to help settle the stomach.
