Many times, bloody urination is an indicator of a urinary or bladder problem that will need antibiotics to resolve.

I don't even think that you should be worried about cancers right now. I would just focus on the symptoms and the one that you are describing is blood in urination. I would stick with that and not get ahead of myself.
Just keep in mind that urinary infections clear up well with antibiotics. All hope is not lost... LOL
