Hi

I don't think there is anyone right in Gaithersburg, but you can go to Maryland Avian and Exotics in Rockville.

Is there anything I can do to help her now I don't know any info about the turtle. It was given to my boys as a gift several year ago .i just kept it in water tank and feed her everyday.

We had it for so long and now it's not eating or moving

If he truly is swollen (edema), this could indicate a problem with his liver, heart, or kidneys. There isn't much to do right now until he can be examined. What do you feed him? Does he have a float or a rock to climb out from the water?
