My female chameleon (11 months old) has been sleeping a lot

My female chameleon (11 months old) has been sleeping a lot during the day lately. She moves around very little but does still seem strong. She hardly opens her eyes at all. She also has a bump on top of her head somewhat between her two eyes that looks like it might be some kind of infection.

There are very limited reptile vets in my area - any ideas what might be causing this? I've seen that this may be a nasal infection or some type of abcess.

Do you have a UVB bulb? How old? Tube or Coil? Strength?

Do you have a Mister?

Any nasal discharge or wheezing?
