Hi there, my pet tiger salamander is having some issues. His eyes are all dark looking and he can't open them all the way, it almost looks like dirt or some sort of dark discharge is in and around them. He also has some bumps on his nose, but I can't tell if its just dirt or if he just needs to shed his skin. He also keeps rubbing his nose on the side of his water dish, but like I said I can't tell if he just needs to shed his skin or if anythings wrong. Can someone please help me?
